Days out – occasionally if there is something good, you could try putting in 2 for 1 tickets etc.

Theatre – yes.
I think your ideas sound good but make sure you do not have too many sections otherwise it might be a bit overwhelming. You’ve thought of loads of things that lots of magazines miss out so that is very good! I think exams advice would be good and lots of reviews – maybe you can have a page where people can write in advice, or things that interest them so they can be in the newspaper too. Like if someone is doing fundraising they could write to your newspaper for free advertisement.
